Sounds familiar, doesn’t it? What can I say, except my ‘congratulations’, it is laziness? Yes, yes, laziness. That starts to overtake you slowly. First, laziness ties together your arms and legs by covering it with a normal rest, and then it gradually begins to overtake an entire body. And before you will bethink yourself, the laziness has already captured you. Often a guest to laziness is melancholy, even if it has no special reason. However, in very serious cases, some individuals are even too lazy to think. Unpleasant feeling, isn’t it? Try to do something if you want to get rid off it. Let’s do something about it immediately!
How to recognize the laziness?
Laziness comes together with sadness, apathy and an imaginary weakness. You should pay special attention to yourself and begin to fight with the laziness. For example, if you notice that you rest “only for one day” is too long because it had to end 3-4 days ago, you should start to do something about it immediately. You should sound like the alarm if in these 3-4 days you practically have not done anything, or you do not have any idea where these days have gone. Very often urgent attacks of laziness go hand in hand with general, let’s even stress it, imaginary weakness. As another sign of laziness, we can mention the fact that you start to be angry, regardless of whether it had any reason or not, you always want something, but you cannot understand exactly what you want. More melancholy and apathy can become harmful to your allies. If you have all the above symptoms, then you should try to get out of this situation, because it will not lead to anything good.
We will not lie to you unnecessary, so we will say that there is only one way how to get rid of laziness – it is work. We want to note one striking characteristic: you just have to start working and the work will fascinate you more and more. However, the most difficult thing is to start, especially if you are in this parasite state. If you want the struggle to run successfully, start with a little bit and slowly move forward – step by step.
The first stage in the fight against laziness: work space
To force yourself to do something, at first put in order your workplace, because if you want to start to do something, you should have free workspace. First of all, you could remove from the table all the unnecessary and redundant items. Collect and organize all the documents, and put in order all books and folders. Just pay attention to the way how you do it. With words “to put in place” we thought for a particular place for each item, not the first free drawer in which you could throw the trash pile and forget about it.
Let? s assume that with the table and the nearest area we have managed. Now we can focus on the room as a whole. Perhaps something should be placed inside a cupboard, somewhere something should be put in order. It is very important than around your order should rule, it will free you from every possible unnecessary distraction from work. And then later one more thing will show up, which you will not do until the end anyway.
However, we must not forget to pay attention to ourselves. Put on comfortable and appropriate clothing, have a shower. Maybe you will decide to eat breakfast? Just recently, it was very common to see this quite strange scene: first, the reflex of the asleep body falls out of the bed and drags itself to the computer’s power button. And just by sitting at your computer you slowly begin to open your eyes. You have to look. What’s new in Facebook, and in other web sites? Nevertheless, then somehow you completely forget the fact that you should go to the bathroom, take a shower, and eat breakfast. However, when you finally realize that you have to eat something, you understand with a great surprise that it is already time to eat dinner. Where the time went?
The second phase in the fight against laziness: remember about the time
Plan your time so that the most important works would be completed in time. Here you will be dealing with another lazy trap. You just forgot how expensive time is in your life, and you do not follow it. I cannot help between. You will gradually have to begin to remember the meaning of time.
You have already put in order your job and yourself, now it is time to look at the clock. Agree with me, you thought that it will take much longer. However,, in fact, everything happened very quickly.
Now your next task – it is right to plan and divide your time. First, determine today’s goals and objectives. Tomorrow you have to deliver a project, or you should prepare for an important conference. Then you need to do is, first of all, and begin directly with it. Here each thing has its own approach, and the options are very many. You have to plan how much time it takes to prepare the materials and do the work. We would like to remind you that you should not forget about the other works, even though they are not that important, but still they should be done. If time is calculated and distributed properly, then all your works will be completed on time. However, there will be no time for laziness.

Laziness takes you over at the time when you want to relax a bit more after the leisure. Such situation is quite easy to prevent with the help of your willpower, forcing yourself to do some small things. We can call it a kind of warming up. Being in this position you should not proceed to more serious matters, because you will quickly get tired of it. And then you will decide that it would be better to relax a little more.
Often laziness begins when the sleep regime is disturbed. Usually, this occurs at the end of the week – on Friday or Saturday. Thinking about the fact that tomorrow you will not have to get up early, there is a strong desire to sit longer at the computer, for example, by some 4 in the morning or to watch TV late in the night. In addition, the laziness can begin thanks to a bad mood on a Saturday morning. It is quite easy to get rid of it with the help of the contrast showers, after which the best option is to go to the store and buy something tasty or nice.
In our view, the most beloved door to laziness – it is a mess in everything.
In your plans, time division, flat, and then you do not know from what to begin. In these moments, you spend very much a time to sit and think about it all. And in the end nothing moves forward – no progress at all.
